  1. 1 minute step ups with each leg
  2. 15 Medicine ball-2 handed chest passes, switching leg that is forward halfway
  3.  30seconds step ups with each leg
  4. Repeat chest pass
  5. 15 one legged squats for each leg
  6. Medicine Ball- 15 side ways underhanded tosses, keeping arms long
  7. twelve one legged squats for each leg
  8. Medicine Ball- 15 on knees, overhead behind the head pass
  9. 15 Inner thigh squats with dumbbells- ¾ squat holding dumbbell with both hands between legs
  10. Medicine Ball-15 on knees, overhead behind the head pass
  11. 15 Inner thigh squats
  12. 15 Medicine Ball twists while seated
  13. 15 alternating lunges
  14. 15 Medicine Ball twists while seated
  15. 15 alternating lunges
  16. 15 Push ups
  17.  1 minute-Core stabilizers
  18. Alternate 15 push ups between each 1min core stabilizer with 30seconds recovery in between
  19. 15 Medicine ball-seated catch and throw while doing a sit up action
  20. Repeat Medicine ball-seated catch and throw
